Easy to learn program

What do you like best?

Traqspera is extremely easy to learn. Our employees catch on quickly to the app and the admin side is versatile and detailed. I like being able to track individual progress on projects by employee hours and material. I can logon anywhere, including on my phone, to track progress and check up on job status. It provides a way to track safety, employee licenses and certifications, as well as equipment. It makes keeping track of minutiae much easier as it is all in one place.

What do you dislike?

The drop down menus can be cumbersome. All employees, past and present, are listed when assigning jobs to certain people. I don't like scrolling through a huge list of people to find the few that I need. It can be solved by doing an employee search but I would like to be able to make past employees invisible from the drop down list altogether.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for an easy to use program that keeps all spreadsheets in one place as well as track employee time, this is a perfect program. It is quick to set up and maintain.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to track project progress extremely accurately and quickly which is a huge benefit. I can also keep track of employee hours on the jobs to know if we are going over and adjust accordingly. It is easy to input material spent and track the amount we are spending per job. I can logon with my phone to see in real time where a project is at. The timesheets are amazing and saves so much time on the admin side. I can quickly go through the employee timesheet saving me hours of work in the past. I can also print them out to keep in the employee files for a hard copy record.
