Customer support is committed to helping you maximize the software. From set up and implementation through ongoing support questions they are quick to respond and thorough in their answers.

What do you dislike?

There is definitely a learning curve to overcome. They are also rolling out new functionality but that means its lacking in some areas currently (but they're getting better and it still can get the job done).
