What do you like best?

Searching for donors and creating groups based on their demographics or habits is fairly simple and easy to use. Their tech support chat is always very pleasant and helpful. They tend to listen to feedback from their users (to a degree)

What do you dislike?

Their email marketing tools could be better. Their layouts are not attractive and you have to resize all of your photos to fit their recommended sizes or else they get warped when the end user receives the email. Their analytics for email are clunky and not user-friendly. I understand that they are mainly a donor database/CRM. But it is important to have your CRM and your email marketing tools be in sync, so we still use their email marketing platform.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was not part of the decision-making process when it came to choosing Giveffect as our donor database/CRM, so I am unsure why we selected it and how it held up to our previous CRM since I never got the chance to use it
