Very intuitive - highly recommend.

What do you like best?

TimeBot app is based around a really straightforward concept and it works just great. The installation process is very fast and does not require any technical support. It has got 20 requests a month in its free version which is sufficient to test it.

I highly recommend it if you want to move away from the 'not-always-reliable' Google Sheets/Excels for keeping track of leaves in your organization.

What do you dislike?

These are not real dislikes, although, I miss the following two features:

1) Allow for multi-level structure - be able to see the leaves of the subordinates of your subordinates. At the moment, the different teams in our organization work in silos and it would be great to have them all connected as per our internal structure. This would allow greater transparency and it would make it more practical, for instance, if one's manager is on leave himself, the manager of his manager could approve the request.

2) A reporting tool that could extract all the requests for a specific timeframe to a Google Sheet. Would come super hand for month-end close or year-end close. Ideally automated at a pre-defined cadence.

I could not find it nor get a work-around the above two points.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
