Tiime Receipt - Kaylee Ewell
What do you like best?
One of the best things about Tiime Receipt that I, and just about all of my coworkers in my department, is that it is such a user friendly program. I'm not that likes changing programs, but the transition was fairly easy to do! We showed people the basics that they need to know and within a few days they were using it as if they'd been doing it for years! The layout is also structured very neat and is super organized which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I also like that the site doesn't look jumbled with a lot of extra words and things to find and go through, great program.
What do you dislike?
The only thing that makes Tiime Receipt a little tricky is adding new users, there are more steps than I would like to add someone else onto the program. It is a little tedious, but the system will walk you through pretty easily so it's not too bad.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tiime receipt has been a great program for us to use. We have many big expenses and transactions, but there are also a lot of smaller and day to day spending that get's done and Tiime Receipt does a great job of keeping everything organized for us. There are a lot of different reports that we can run as well to give us breakdowns of what we are spending our funds on, how much money and what our budget should be for future months or quarters. I've used other expense management reports before and so far Tiime Receipt is has been the best!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Tiime receipt simply for keeping track of management expenses. We are able to keep a clear and organized record of what our business is spending in different areas including department spending, extracurricular lunches and activities and maintenance. Smart Categorization is a great feature because it will automatically assign categories/accounts based on past entries and credit card statements which is super helpful for your reporting!
