What do you like best?

The content is great. It's comforting to know that the content is always up to date to reflect each state's current legal standards. They are never behind the curve. The customer service is also fantastic to work with.

What do you dislike?

Overall, it does not seem like they have the capabilities/man power to handle medium/large sized companies. If you want automatic course assignments, or assignment sophistication of any kind (anything other than manually identifying users), plan on several hiccups, LONG wait times to handle your request (several weeks to a month), and many many long conversations.
