Ethics Point hotline reporting platform

What do you like best?

The customer service for the Ethics Point hotline platform is great. I've never had a problem and they have responded timely.

What do you dislike?

The reporting is clunky. Its hard to generate a useful report or to filter the data in a meaningful way.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The reporting capabilities are not the easiest to work with. Review the reports generated from NAVEX to determine how well it will work for you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It provides an excellent platform for receiving, logging and tracking calls/reports to the ethics platform.
