What do you like best?

I like the attention and personal recommendations from the customer service representatives and assistants. I am consistently impressed by the levels of service. I do not know how they manage it!

What do you dislike?

Not a dislike per se, but for me, Third Light is kind of like Android to iPhone. They're not as "snazzy". But as I say, that's not a dislike for me.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I liked the personal touch and the customer support. The sales folk are also not pushy, and they explain the details. They suited us down to the ground, and they achieved everything we needed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the problems of approving media, tracking important information about media, and it feeds nicely into our data protection demands.

We're also enabling contributers, who used to send emails to us, the ability to submit directly to the system.
