What do you like best?
Redzone connects everyone digitally which has resulted in innumerable benefits. Just putting production, quality and maintenance together to huddle a couple of times a shift has increased our productivity tremendously. And the coaching team is second to none. They become part of your ops team and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
What do you dislike?
I wish it worked on Android. We have many non-Apple people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be fooled by sales people telling you you need an MES or CMMS system. Redzone is a new category of production worker empowerment. You won't believe how much more you'll get by empowering your workers--probably 10x of what you'll get through technology alone.
