Advanced user of the action networkThe action network is perfect for non-profit organizing to send emails and identify your supporters. It really grants you control over who to reach out to from your network based on all sorts of information like by state/zip code/whether they've opened previous emails and lots of things which you can also add. You can also share information without giving people the power to control the lists and choose what you share, which is perfect for cross-organizing between groups. It also allows you to track fundraising directly from different email campaigns.
I think that it can have a hefty set up process if you have a lot of tags, which takes some time to assign.
I would recommend having at least one person on your team who does some sort of training towards understanding this product and to help others, because it can tend to be a little complicated at first use or for people who are less tech-savvy.
The Action Network allows us to reach out to members of our list in personalized and exact ways without over saturating their emails. It also allows us to test different subject lines and overall tell how campaigns are doing.
