Excellent Service

What do you like best?

I love having the ability to directly interact with guests. Being able to send our promotions and receive guest feedback is essential for running a successful business.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that Thanx is unable to integrate with Aloha to track our servers' performance

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want to be able to satisfy your guests and get honest feedback this is the best way to get it.

Sites like Yelp are only there for people to complain and feel validated in doing so.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can handle guest complaints directly, easily and effectively. The ability to reach out to guests who had a bad experience but who didn't want to say anything at the time. Sometimes guests don't want to complain in the restaurant but will write a review about a bad experience. Thanx allows me to help them, even after the fact
