Best tool for CRM loyalty

What do you like best?

It's the best tool I've ever used for tracking thr customer lifecycle data in retail. It's very user friendly and intuitive to use and track the journey of a customer in retail chain. Not just the data management is best but also making any dynamic change in the tool is very easy and fast. With loyalty+ we are solving the problem of business by proper marketing campaigns which is made successful with proper implementation of voucher or points allocation to customer, thus it makes the campaign succesful with it's ease of implementation.

What do you dislike?

Nothing much, just that some functions are slightly misnomer which might create confusion sometimes.also sometimes due to server issues it doesn't give any notification if the configuration has failed or not implemented.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Loyalty + enables to track the customer journey with the data and makes it easy to implement any real time offer which is a part of marketing campaign. It's implementation is very fast which means any changes required in the business can be made without any delay. The benefits this tool has that it has immense potential to solve the retail problem scenario and with it's user Intuitive and safe mode for any configuration it can be used by anyone with minimal effort.
