What do you like best?

Everything that you can do on TextMarks' dashboard can be done via their programmable API.

What do you dislike?

A few of the processes are still manual and require some waiting/approval.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We switched to TextMarks after encountering issues with carriers not delivering our text messages due to potential spam. After switching to TextMarks, we have almost no troubles with carriers.
