What do you like best?

I like that the interface is exactly the same whether using the service in a browser or the app. I also like the abilities to save contacts and to create "templates" that re-use fields from the contact record, and future scheduling of messages to send at a later date & time.

What do you dislike?

When you have a large number of account with local or toll free numbers associated with the accounts, the monthly spend can creep up.

This is a very full featured service with a consistent interface between platforms and integration with email.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

First, they provide a platform that is much more functional that using a smart phone, so it's more efficient. This service also prevents the recipients from seeing the users personal cell number. With the addition of a dedicated number to the account, the recipients may also call the number they see and the call can be forwarded to a private number. We've found this provides better service to our customers.
