Makes the Difference in Recruiting!

What do you like best?

Helps with connecting instantly with new employees. It's great to chat in real-time, and that people have to text more accessible on their phones. I like the application is easy to view on the attraction side of the application. When I sent a text to myself, at first, it came through clearly, and it didn't look odd/or as a scam. In addition, I LOVE that I can send a picture to people too! I think that people really can put an idea together when there is a picture along with the words, especially to those looking for new employment. I like that it was quick to add a new user to the account and that it was easy for them to get their account set up without me walking them through it or having to authorize a new user. Super easy!

What do you dislike?

I wish I could send a message right after adding a new subscriber. I could get to the message board just after making a new user; it would eliminate three clicks in the system. In addition, it would be nice to have two users when setting up an account. It's a bummer that we would have to purchase a new 'seat.' I think it would be great to have a quick button to create a new message on the page instead of clicking onto the dashboard on the left side. I think most users would be able to send out more messages out faster and would save multiple clicks. I would add quick-click accessibility to the application instead of having to go back to my dashboard every time I want to add or submit a new message to someone. In addition, having a desktop application to download would be pretty great too! The notifications are great most of the time, but for some reason, I think that it has been great to automatically have two users on the account, especially in a business setting. Its common practice that there is a primary or authorized use in addition to someone else on the team to help. You never know when something changes, and someone might need to get in and use the account.

If you are looking for a desktop-friendly application, textdly is it! I have used others and this is super easy to use!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I enjoy the instant response and the ability to purchase a local number. In addition to purchasing, other applications to be added on top of the text app. In the modern market, it's tough to get a hold of anyone in recruiting, because of the pandemic and over usage of scam calls. Texts help eliminate all of that by simply being able to message them. And being able to purchase an actual number made it that much better. Lastly, it helps brand awareness as well. I enjoy the keyword feature and being able to connect with those in a group setting. It's nice to send out alerts for new job positions or to keep in contact with those who hold interest within my groups. A significant benefit to having a desktop-accessible application is that we can link it to our email and notifications as the day goes along. It's been great to have the opportunity not to have a personal work cell phone, and it has helped our team out a lot. We are able to leave the work at home but still see the notifications come through when we have the chance to check. It helps separate the home and work-life balance.
