What do you like best?
I really enjoy how I'm able to know exactly where each piece of my equipment is at all times. Also, knowing when equipment is moved without prior knowledge and who was responsible for the equipment at the time it was moved is another important factor that makes this software so great. Organization is key, it can make everything so much easier especially during a busy work day. Definitely love this about the software
What do you dislike?
I don't find it to be a decisive factor but the customer service has been spectacular. There has not been one instance where if we had a question that we had to wait for assistance. The response has been immediate and extremely satisfying. However, I find it best when I can speak to someone in person or send somebody an email as opposed to finding my question in the FAQ. I feel like my questions are never on this list. We would and have recommended using this software for any business that, like us, have been losing money when equipment is lost, stolen, or misplaced. We really can't speak enough about the high quality of customer service. They have really backed up everything that they had told us while we were looking into this software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
They really do have integral customer service and I find this helpful when using a new service. It's important to have solid communication with help/support and having this with Tenna makes my business run more efficiently. They've worked on this and I've noticed.
