Advanced user of AssetTrack for ServiceNowI like that is syncs directly with the CMDB and tracks and monitors all of our assets via RFID. And the customer support is amazing.
There is nothing that I dislike so far- it is creating a buzz in our environment and all our departments wants to use it for broadcast media. We are hoping it grows, but not too fast.
I think the ability to track assets via mobile application for major events such as the SuperBowl.
