Excellent product, our users love it

What do you like best?

We have had great success with Templafy. We needed to bring consistency and governance and a ‘source of truth' to our brand materials and Templafy provides a platform for us to deliver on-brand materials in the systems our employees are using. No more digging around to find things, or using old, out-of-date local files. Our customer-facing teams love it and give us excellent feedback on how much easier they find this system. Excellent customer onboarding and success support.

What do you dislike?

Would like more integrations to allow us to sync documents into Templafy from other management repositories - as Templafy isn't a Document management system we maintain this elsewhere so need to push files across to the system manually.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed to get rid of the excuse “l didn't know where to find it” causing inconsistency and out-of-date document use.

Introduce brand governance and easy way to update our brand materials company-wide.

And managing issues with inconsistent email signatures.
