We use the tool for weekly checks on multiple websites

What do you like best?

I like the simplicity of the tool that uses a nice dashboard to allow for quick identifying of issues. This allows us to check through multiple markets websites that we use and see the issues at a glance. We can then deep dive in to the issues and resolve them in a quick manner. This allows us to check the sites in a weekly manner and resolve any issues that may occur in this time frame. All in all it is a usefull tool for our organisation

What do you dislike?

I would like there to be a way to initialize a new scan from the dashboard without having to raise with the team. This would save us time and allow us to alleviate any concerns that our clients have with issues showing on the website. Currently we have to raise this with the support team and have to wait for them to come back and let us know if this has been auctioned.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We solve numerous problems and have a series of checkpoints in place to check for issues. From broken assets to incorrect copy and everything in between. We also use the tool as a digital governance tool, allowing us to set us checkpoints that match brand guidelines and will show us any issues. As well as using it as a way to look for English on the sites as we look after sites for lots of multi language markets
