A great ATS option for SMEs that is big on content and experience
What do you like best?
Teamtailor has a number of innovative features that set it apart from other ATS solutions - particularly the 'connect' function, which is a great tool for allowing candidates to select their preferences and for remarketing. We also love the chat heads function which allows candidates to get in touch with us in multiple ways. The careers site content creator is also feature packed vs our previous provider. The GDPR tools are brilliant too - the system we used previously required a lot of manual input for compliance, whereas this is highly automated and very focused towards the individual and the options they have with their data.
What do you dislike?
Very little downsides so far - ideally it would have better functionality for diversity and inclusion (global options, vs just US EEO) and also right to work functionality, but we've created a simple workaround for that.

If you're big on communicating your EVP and developing a stand out candidate experience, you should consider this system.

It's created very easy ways of allowing candidates to 'self service' with their preferences, and it's also increased the ease of compliance. We've been able to significantly improve candidate experiences and digital user journeys with this platform too.
