What do you like best?

Adds ease to collaboration and communication needs for both team and project use. Application is fairly easy to use and set-up, unlike some of the other alternative solutions which may require a bit more time to become accustomed to all the features, functionality, and tools. In addition, tool is great alternative for ancillary status or standup meetings.

What do you dislike?

Cost is a bit pricey considering there are alternative options available at a lower cost or free. Layouts are not the best and could use some improvements.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Enhanced team communication and collaboration at the project and team level; potential to replace status or stand-up meetings.
