What do you like best?

Favro is very fast to set up and the pre made templates mean you can get started instantly. Favro has the ability to import existing projects from an Excel workbook which was very useful. Visually, Favro gives a very clear and simple breakdown of tasks to be completed in whichever view you use, although we favoured the kanban. The best part of the Favro experience was the support from the Favro team who have great product knowledge and are very responsive to emails.

What do you dislike?

It can take time to explore the many automations available, but these are easy to use once explained. Notifications can be slow to come through and it is hard to see where 'mentions' are when using the app.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have organised our product teams with clear roadmaps. We have benefited from using the app for meetings and having all meeting actions in one place.
