Difficult but handy

What do you like best?

I like that I can have my own forum on a smartphone app

What do you dislike?

I don't like that it the button to my forum is so small on the Tapatalk app. It can be hard to find sometimes, and is very difficult for others that I show how to use the app.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's great if you know what you're doing. Can be difficult for those that aren't tech savvy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving the problem of mobile access to our forum. Needed to do this because over 50% of our company works from a mobile device.
