What do you like best?

Talking Points is almost life-changing when it comes to communication with parents. In this age of cell phones, every single person has one and responds via text rather than phone calls. Talking Points allows me to immediately contact a parent--in their home language!--and allows them to respond via text, rather than having to answer the phone. It is incredible!

What do you dislike?

I wish it was easier to input my class list.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefits are endless! I can keep my students engaged much easier because they know their parents are just a text away, while keeping my own phone number private and secure. I can also send messages in a language they understand can reply in--game-changing! I no longer have to use translation services, which takes a ton of time. Talking Points translates with the click of a button!
