Definitely a customer-centric company!
What do you like best?
I advocated for TalentQuest for my company as its first Talent Management Platform, and I bet it would be a major benefit to our company, and it has been. It's a major challenge of mine since I found TalentQuest at a conference, advocate on their behalf to my boss, and executed the roll-out and got most staff on-board with it as a concept. As a web-based solution, TalentQuest was easy to deploy and allowed a high degree of customization. The user friendly and intuitive worflow was critical for our organization. So, I like most things about TalentQuest. It's intuitive for users and administrators alike. The setup was somehow easy, with hands-on client success team (it is not only the name, they really work for our success) and a good information center. TalentQuest provided flexible process, attention to details, dedicated implementation team extremely capable and willing to know about our business needs. I like how you can submit software suggestions to client success and they really take your feedback into consideration, and new features get rolled out constantly. It's definitely a great place to keep all talent management pieces in one place and make HR more efficient, and it's a super dynamic tool.
What do you dislike?
I've been working with TQ for the past year and so far, honestly, there's nothing I don't like about, from the software to the implementations and client success team (Yes, they are amazing!). When we first got it, I would say that I had a concern about payroll integration, but they worked all the way to make the integration with Paylocity just great!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are implementing their entire platform and they were able to make many customizations to make it better for our needs. It'll fit into any company's budget, and I promise, your employees will enjoy it just as much as your HR team does. Know how hands-on you'll want support to be. We're mostly self-sufficient with our software tools, but it is good to know that TalentQuest teams work for us. If you are like that or have some really non-tech-savvy people who need a lot of hand-holding, they will be there for you.
