Easy to use and provides good data

What do you like best?

The information we are able to gather from the product. We built our surveys and have been using them for the past 2 years. We are getting valuable insights from our employees and where we can improve.

What do you dislike?

Overall the reporting is easy to use and run but report layouts are a little difficult to read and review. It would be nice to be able to manipulate the reports a little more.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Talentpulse provides us with valuable data related to why employees are staying with the organization and areas of improvement. We use talent pulse for both exit and stay interviews and we have gained some valuable insight into how we are doing as an organization.
