Advanced user of Talent GenieThe features and the recruitment software's ability to shortlist for me. It is also nice to have more than 2000 job board and social media integrations at our disposal. Its a great muti-posting tool. I have also found that it now only takes me 25 min to review 100 CV and invite them in for an interview. The same process previously tool up to 4 hours.
I cant think of nothing, I have been very happy with our decision to go with Talent Genie.
Other systems are simply not able to do what Genie can do. It can ready and understand language and then make decision on the appropriate shortlist. It's like having additional headcount doing the hard work.
Time to fill a position has improved by 7 days and our costs are down.
