Using Profiler

What do you like best?

Very easy to use, very straightforward.

What do you dislike?

It could be buggy and slow at times. This was sometimes an issue when we had a long line of clients/customers waiting to do their tax returns.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used it for filling out tax forms for clients based on a questionnaire that was set up in Profiler.
