Best CRM tool for managing on premise infra

What do you like best?

Easy implementation, vendor support, pricing model and customizable options in service management modules and reporting. Excellent reporting module with dashboards and custom query reporting. API integration with our own Web service creation and multiple mode of integration both GET and POST of the objects

What do you dislike?

Testing issues and bugs on workflows. Upgrade issues because of disconnect between implementation team and development team which makes new features coming up in the upgrades as buggy

Go for it if you need excellent vendor support and implementation time of the tool is quick and easy
