What do you like best?

You can deploy Symantec Messaging Gateway very easy. Configuration is very easy and gui is very user friendly. You can access any configuration parameters with web interface. False positive rate is very low. Spam catch rate is very very high. You can create custom policy for detail email control. You can give your users to access their spam mail for optional release.

It can be deploy as a pre configured virtual appliance. Deploy email security as a virtual appliance in a short time and put the production.

What do you dislike?

Symantec Messaging Gateway's all feature is best except high avaliabilty feature, I don't like its high avaliabilty feature. After Broadcom acquire Symantec Enterprise Security Business, getting support from Broadcom has become very difficult.
