What do you like best?
The simplicity of this software is what I absolutely love about it. I'm not tech savvy, so having a software that has an easy email set up is fantastic. The calendar share is also beneficial when I'm not at the office, but want to check my availability and such. Lastly, it can be customized to your preference!
What do you dislike?
Thus far, I don't have too many complaints. However, the system crashes from time to time and some of the data sometimes doesn't get saved. So it'll have to be reentered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zimbra is an effective software that is user friendly. Definitely recommend.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use Zimbra mostly because the email server is so simple and easy to use. It's easy to share information over a wide range of devices, which helps keep the connection going.
