What do you like best?
I loved the variety of different swag items available, from regular stuff like water bottles to artisanal products. I loved the webcam covers, masks, and blue light glasses. The custom mineral water was also a huge hit! I felt like we found something unique that could set us apart and remind our clients why we are so great to work with.
What do you dislike?
The SwagUp dashboard was confusing for me, I felt like it wasn't intuitive and I didn't know where to click. The wording itself was confusing as well as finding where my custom boxes were, adding "credits" was strange, I didn't understand why I couldn't just pay for the swag items I had ordered and then pay for the shipping. Otherwise things were great!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I wouldn't say that SwagUp is solving any problems, but sending out branded items to the people we work with helps us feel more connected to them and it allows them to show their support for us in a way that's not flashy. The items we sent were actually useful, not some crap that they want to just throw in the trash like you get at trade conferences.
