What do you like best?
Sendoso makes it easy for us to send direct mailer gifts or e-gift cards without worrying about the storage of the items, preparation of the boxing, and the actual sends. They give us so much flexibility in what we can do while our company is dispursed across the united states.
What do you dislike?
The platform is a little unfriendly when it comes to user experience, but they have gotten much better since we have been customers - and are constantly taking customer feedback for improvement.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problem we are solving is a lack of space for the inventory of promo items, and anyone in the company can go in and do the sends without getting marketing involved. The benefit is that this serves as a platform where sales can go and make sends, direct or e-gift, to whomever they need to based on their selling processes. They also can get personal with the gifts and make sure they are utilizing them at the right time with the right item, which makes it super successful for our team!
