What do you like best?

Survey monkey is really nice when you are trying to set up a simple survey to get information from a large group of people. Being able to input your questions and have survey money do all of the hard work like formatting and survey design is what I like best. Once you are done entering questions and people actually take your survey, the software will interpret your results for you which is so much nice than just seeing numbers and having to create charts and graphs for yourself.I have never been great at just looking at raw data and being able to draw conclusions from that, so this tool is more visual and helps me so much more.

What do you dislike?

One thing I don't like about this software is the fact that sometimes the exporting feature is slow for me. Could just be my computer but thought it was something to note to see if it happens for other people to. There isn't much more that I dislike, I love using this software for a ton of different school projects.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would totally recommend that anyone considering using survey monkey takes a chance on it . It has changed the way I work on projects and is guaranteed to provide with you easy to read, accurate results.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There have defineltey been more benefits than problems for me with this software. Being able to easily analyze the data it provides has been the biggest benefit and it has helped me so much in delivering presentations and being able to truly understand what I'm discussing. One of the most recent projects I worked on was gauging shopping behaviors of students on Miami University's campus by grade level and was able to use that information to contribute to the new marketing campaign for a small boutique on campus. Super interesting to be able to use the information to help different businesses.
