Advanced user of SurveyMonkey ApplyI like the flexibility SurveyMonkey Apply offers for report creation and data consolidation. This platform is also very user-friendly and easy for our clients to navigate. SurveyMonkey Apply has exceptional customer service and resolves issues very quickly.
While I like being able to create my own reports, I do not like how tedious it is (all the drop down menus) to get add the specific data point I am looking for. It would be beneficial to be able to easily include all data points from a certain section. Learning how to create reports takes a lot of time and has a steep learning curve but is manageable once mastered.
It is a great addition to our grant management.
