What do you like best?

Survey count makes it easy to conduct surveys in our department. We do not have to inconvinience employees by making them come to a meeting to do surveys. Employs enjoy that it is completely anonymous.

What do you dislike?

i dislike that sometimes it is difficult to make a survey. Sometimes it can be difficult to add everyone to the survey. It is also sometimes glitchy, and can be a little bit time consuming at some points. I think it would be useful to have pre-made questions that apply to many scenarios.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would tell them that they should really consider this application for the convenience. Employees enjoy having less meetings, and think it is easier to keep surveys anonymous and professional. It is easy to market and advertise so that employees would participate in the surveys. Employees think the surveys are also easy to take and they are not time consuming.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With this application, our employees are actually participating in our surveys. We used to have a participation rate of about 25%. Now, the participation rate is about 75%, and employees are not hassled by this. We are taking less time conducting meetings to take surveys since everything is online.
