What do you like best?

For me, it caters to my needs and the appropriate delivery of solutions as per requirement.

The plus point is it has the quality and gives space for strategic research solutions to intended clients at a price point that can't be questionable. Apart from it, AL-based support element is a bonus point and the team is the best for affordable research.

What do you dislike?

Survey Analytics needs to reach out aggressively to a potential customer and advertise. There should be more videos on youtube in order to understand the basics of the product in detail.

This easiest, economical and friendly user interface and interactive too.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Business analysis feedback from clients for upcoming business in order to understand what is need of customer and what not. It provides a smooth tunnel for an email invite to a potential customer and then decides what capital to investe.
