What do you like best?

I like where you have the provision to install a proxy server for better performance. So I commonly used them. Improved file search features. The data is stored in RDBMS which is perfect for the place I work.

What do you dislike?

There is no provision for electronic signatures which I think is a huge disadvantage. The user interface sometimes has a lot of bugs

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Good software to start with but keep in mind of the disadvantages like constant bugs. New users will also find it confusing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use this to store my vendor master data in the RDBMS form. And mainly use this information to compare vendors and decide on the RFQs.
