Problems:
management of devices.
Surelock is a software which need to be configured and sometimes configured devices doesn't works well, in this case we need to redeploy the surelock settings jobs or if not then we might need to reconfigure.
Licensing part: Earlier they had a different licenses for each of the services they provided. And now they just have one single license for all the services.
