If there will be more filtered views for device monitoring, that'd be wonderful so we can get a deeper dive into our device performance even more efficiently.
Ever since the lockdown, the company distributes android tablets to employees due to remote work, so we need to make sure the screens are displaying the right content and is working properly at all times. We are using the screenshot view feature more often than before. We also set up these devices in kiosk mode so only work-related apps can be accessed. The alerts system is useful because we can know when the devices accidentally exit the kiosk mode. I think having both of these major features help reduce IT work load and speed up the operations.
