What do you like best?

The fact that you can filter not just by job and location, but also by desired compensation, technology preferences, perks, and required experience puts it above and beyond other job search platforms. Indeed and others should really consider this model, as it saves applicants from sifting through jobs that don't apply from them, and limits the risk of employers getting applicants that dont meet all their needs.

What do you dislike?

It's just not widely adopted enough to offer the scope and volume of jobs and job seekers needed by employers and employees alike.

Whether you're seeking to recruit or seeking a new job, this could be a helpful tool. However, don't limit yourself - the pool here is good, but it's not big. Use other platforms as well!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having been on both sides of the recruitment process for web dev, this platform really streamlines the recruitment platform. But again, it's hard to shake the impression that you're not accessing the full pool of qualified candidates.
