What do you like best?

I love how involved every member of the company is! From the top to the front line, we are confident that all team members know our account.

What do you dislike?

The implementation & setup can be tedious, however this is pretty standard with any platform of this nature.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Highly recommend! This company has been great to work with in partnering to develop the best patient experience possible. They provide honesty, patience, and excellent customer service. The innovation by the product team is exciting and the involvement from the whole team is reassuring. Very excited to see what we continue to do together in the future!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to communicate important information quickly about upcoming visits. We are constantly exploring how to expand and troubleshoot virtual issues with our families ahead of time. This platform has been incredibly helpful in providing insight to what our families need, as well as an opportunity to improve our communication and experience for them.
