What do you like best?
Great to be able to search across Slack, Salesforce, Confluence, etc and many different file formats (excel, PDF, power point) to be able to find answers. Cuts down on the amount of time employees spend asking the same questions over and over again.
What do you dislike?
The UI could be a little crisper. Not many complaints otherwise. Enjoy the product.

Less time searching for answers to customer questions. Can respond quickly and move on to the next task.
