What do you like best?

SpringVerify is very organized and straightforward; even the billing communication and documentation are seamless. Every little detail is explained clearly, and all my queries are answered promptly without me having to wait for responses. The team is very approachable, and they're always just one quick call away from solving any of the BGV requirements. Their portal is straightforward to use even for a non-tech-oriented person. They are also very reasonable in terms of their pricing, and they've made payments for services a lot easier with their SpringVerify Wallet feature, which is a clear time saver.

What do you dislike?

I previously had an issue with some of the automatic emails the SpringVerify team sends for the Proforma Invoices. The emails repeatedly landed in my spam folder. But when I brought this up with the team, they immediately gave me the solution to prevent it from happening again.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Usually, companies try to force down their other products or services onto their clients even when there's no actual need for it. But SpringVerify proactively connected with me to let me know the problem of continuing with Physical Address Verifications because of the pandemic. They provided a solution to take care of the same digitally with their Digital Address Verification system, ensuring they continue delivering their services uninterrupted even during these times.
