Advanced user of SpareThe product support has been phenomenal and the product itself is easy to use, has a lot of power behind its sleek exterior, and passengers don't struggle to learn the interface!
Some features are not fleshed out as much as I would like to see, but that makes sense given that Spare is still fairly new. Nothing major though.
We're solving the issue of access to transit for folks, and making meaningful transit connections. Given our geographically limitations we're unable to serve a large portion of the population. Spare has made it easy for these people to get where they want to go, when they want to go.
