Snip for G Suite can sometimes be time-consuming when trying to get the crop or edit of the print-turned-digital document to appear exactly how you want it in digital form.

I am able to turn all my printed documents into digital documents and can easily organize them on google drive as well as send them to colleagues via email for review and collaboration. This is a much easier process than mailing a document while we cannot always be in the same location.
