What do you like best?
This is my favorite suite of products. They offer Plan Board which is my all-time favorite lesson plan app that offers a ton of amazing features free to teachers, including the option to track state standards alongside your lessons. They also offer a grading program where you can keep track of individual student grades, and a really easy to use attendance platform. The programs that they have developed really seem to have teachers in mind and they were developed to include features that are actually relevant in the classroom. I have tried premium paid programs that don't seem to have as many features or a single sign-on like Chalk.com does.
What do you dislike?
I wish that my county would commit to having us only use Chalk products, because while the attendance and grading platforms are great, I have to use those in combination with the county approved ones. I will forever use Plan Board for my lesson plans though because it is the best planning program I have found.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try all of their programs because they are great and free to use, you might find that you want to replace the one you currently use.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to keep track of my lesson plans, student grades, and student attendance all on one website. They have features that premium programs don't even offer, such as standard tracking and having one account for all of the programs.
