What do you like best?

Snapforce is a very phenomenal platform for efficient management of your business.

It is a highly customizable app and can be adjusted with any industry or enterprise needs.

It provides many features such as sales automation tools, marketing automation, field service, social CRM,web self-service and channel management. Contact management is very efficient. it helps to keep track of daily contacts the helps to upgrade information constantly through communication. It also keeps a record of the previous interactions so as to help giving an over view of the history and to help in generating desired results. SnapForce Mail box is amazing. It not only helps to sync emails with your clients automatically but it also helps to sort out the mails. If you are receiving mass mails, it helps you prioritize the important aspects which is very helpful. SnapForce is the only system which provides an enterprise cloud phone system that is built in the software and allows unlimited calling, transferring of calls, forwarding, voicemail to email and dial in conference bridges. The software is very easy to use. You can have custom notification which provide timely updates that match your requirement. The system is very straight forward and does not have many complicated sections. It is self-explanatory. It is very affordable as well.

What do you dislike?

Customer support should be improved. Calling gets delayed sometimes on different workstations. The system can sometime have glitches.

SnapForce provides a very efficient platform for CRM, marketing automation as well as a call center. It is suitable to use for all size companies.
