What do you like best?
By far, SMX has the most secure email filtering for our organization. Their filtering helps us to eliminate huge amount of spam and phishing emails from coming in. Apart from that their support team is awesome, their feedback is almost instantanenous after me submitting a support query.
What do you dislike?
The SmartRules DLP interface is a bit complex and can take a bit of time to familiarize. Apart from that, their whitelisting and blacklisting drop-down listing is very close to the list therefore it can create a bit confusion whether or not the item has been added.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were having issues with attackers imitating senior leaders in our organization, with the help Whaling in SMX it helps to discard all the emails from coming in entirely.
