Solid All-In-One Platform for Email Deliverability

What do you like best?

Everest is at the top of the mountain when it comes to Email Optimization and Deliverability platforms. It centralizes many features that I previously would have had to look to multiple solutions to get. The Pre-flight tools provide functionality that enables us to catch potential issues with email creative or lists that might be present before deployment. The Reputation features help close the loop on how the emails we are sending are doing in terms of deliverability and affect our email performance. The Engagement features extend the basic reporting provided by our Marketing Automation Platform.

What do you dislike?

By far, the worst thing about Everest is the documetnation and support. In terms of documentation, there is very little to begin with, and what is there frankly isn't that useful or robust. It almost felt like after we signed on we were on our own to figure out onboarding.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am using Everest to get more insight into our Sender Reputation and the factors driving it. Additionally, the pre-flight creative and spam testing features are a nice additional feature that prevents me from adding another tool to manage that process seperately.
